The engine’s International® Electro-Hydraulic G2 fuel system coupled with diamond coated injectors enables the engine to run on JP-8 fuel without reducing engine life. It also features a premium plateau-honed wet-sleeve design that provides heavy-duty durability and allows for more even cooling around the cylinder walls for longer engine life. Other durability features like cam roller followers, four valves per cylinder and an industry first foam-molded wiring harness make this engine the most durable 7-liter engine on the market.
