MWM INTERNATIONAL breaks prizes record at 2006 AutoData Award
The award Company of the Year was chosen by a committee of automotive industry personalities
MWM INTERNATIONAL, leader in diesel technology in Mercosul, had a standing participation at Best of Automotive Industry Award 2006, receiving four awards. The event promoted yesterday, November 30th,by AutoData Publishing company is one of the most traditional and respected events of brazilian automotive community.
For the sixth year, MWM INTERNATIONAL was awarded with the Engines Manufacturer prize and the trophy was received by Rubens Marquezini, Manufacturing director. The company was also recognized in Management category, for the unification of two distinct strategic plannings - of MWM and IESA - and its fast implementation in the company, which took less than six months.
MWM INTERNATIONAL also received Autoparts Exporter and Company of the Year prizes. This last one, a surprise of the event organization, was chosen in the night of the event, by a committee nominated by AutoData. “I thank all that contributed in this conquest and dedicate it to all employees. They are the ones who transform our more challenging goals into reality”, said Waldey Sanchez, president and CEO of the company.
The ceremony took place in São Paulo, Brazil. All automotive community and journalists participated of the event.
